The Villages of Clearwater Community Swimming Pool is open to homeowners, tenants/renters, and invited guests between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
Proper identification is required in the form of a valid 2017 Pool Pass or a valid rental agreement.
One member of each group entering the pool must sign the guestbook to indicate acknowledgement of the rules and to serve to release the Villages of Clearwater, the Villages of Clearwater Board of Directors, and any Pool Monitor (present or not present) of all liability.
There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty at any time. Everyone entering the pool area (the area inside the fenced area surrounting the pool) does so at their own risk and assumes all liability for injury or death.
DIAL 9-1-1 in case of emergency.
Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult (18+ y/o).
A parent or other responsible adult must be present and watchful at all times when a child from their group is in the pool.
NO GLASS of any kind may be brought or carried into the Pool Area at any time. Pool monitors have the right to inspect the contents of all coolers and bags brought or carried into the Pool Area at any time. Plastic and aluminum containers and drinkware are welcome.
NO RUNNING in the Pool Area at any time.
NO HORSEPLAY in the Pool Area at any time.
NO PETS in the Pool Area at any time.
NO SMOKING in the Pool Area at any time.
NO DIAPERS in the Pool.
PROPER SWIMMING ATTIRE is required in the Pool at all times. No street clothes or cut-off shorts please!
All persons using the pool must rinse off under the shower before entering the Pool.
Be respectful of others - especially when the Pool Area is crowded.
Large pool floats/toys are generally discouraged, but may be permitted at the discretion of the Pool Monitor when the pool is not crowded.
The Pool Area will be cleared of all persons whenever thunder/lightning is heard/observed in the area. Persons may re-enter the Pool Area 30 minutes after the last incident of thunder/lightning has been heard/observed if the Pool Monitor feel conditions are acceptable.
The Villages of Clearwater HOA and any Pool Monitor present reserves the right to limit the number of guests admitted to the Pool Area.
Pool Monitors have the right to enforce all rules and may deny admittance or eject anyone from the Pool Area at any time for any reason.
For your safety and security, the pool, pool house, tennis court, and parking lot are monitored 24/7 by video surveillance equipment.

The Pool will be open, weather permitting, during the following hours:
Memorial Day thru June 30th --- 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
July 1st thru August 31st --- Sunday-Thursday - 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Friday and Saturday - 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
September 1st thru Labor Day --- 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
