On June 15, 2019 the Board unanimously approved appointing Steve Tomasco as a successor Board Member to Elaine England . He will serve the remainder of her term which ends December 31 2019.
The Board unanimously approved holding a Board election in October and November 2019 for all
seven positions, combining the unresolved 2018 election and the 2019 election. The voting will be
conducted by an independent third party.
The Board also approved the appointment of Bob Krantz as chair of a nominating committee to locate at least seven nominees for the election. The committee should have at least two homeowners as members.

*Just a reminder all exterior improvement or changes need an Architectural improvement form before commencing any project!!

2019 POOL PASSESPool passes are available for pick up at the Community Pool House.
If you are unable to pick up your passes during pool hours 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
call Fran Lynch at 301-787-1776 and arrangements can be made.
One(1) New pool pass is required for your group to enter the pool.
Homeowners who rent their units a rental agreement is acceptable.
**FYI: All HOA assessments/fines must be paid to receive the new pool passes for Summer 2019**
The HOA fee for 2019 is $850.00 and were due February 28, 2019Late fees are being applied monthly .

BOAT AND TRAILER PARKING
Homeowners are reminded that Camping Trailers are not to be parked overnight in any visible location within the Villages of Clearwater, and Boats/Utility Trailers also including any type of trailer, RV may not be parked overnight on any street within the Community. (Section 7.9)
We all benefit when everyone takes personal pride in the appearance of our community!!!
This equally applies to yearly rentals as well as seasonal weekly rentals.
