ARCHITECTURAL IMPROVEMENT REQUESTS
Due to the vacancy of a chairperson in the Architectural Committee requests are being handled with the Architectural Review Board as well as the Board of Directors . We will make every effort to expedite your request in a timely manner. Thank you in advance for your patience in this matter!!!

BILLING FOR BULK TRASH PICKUP AND
REPLACEMENT OF TRACH CANS
If a homeowner requests a bulk pick up and/or new trash cans (unless the old cans are damaged and no longer serviceable) the homeowner will receive an invoice/bill from Villages of Clearwater HOA.
Bulk pick up cost is typically $15, and the cost of a new trash or recycling can is $30.
Pre-payment by the homeowner is not required. Simply request the service and you'll receive an invoice from the Villages of Clearwater HOA sihortly after the service is complete.

BOAT AND TRAILER PARKING
Homeowners are reminded that Camping Trailers are not to be parked overnight in any visible location within the Villages of Clearwater, and Boats/Utility Trailers may not be parked overnight on any street within the Community.
